Pricing questions, answered

What counts as a unit?

It depends on the task: an image, a box, an object, a frame, an audio minute or a page. We define the unit in writing before work starts, so there is never doubt about what you are paying for.

Why are your rates lower than many data annotation providers?

Our team is based in Kenya, where we pay fair local wages and invest in professional training while keeping overheads lean. You get a skilled, English-speaking workforce and strong QA at a cost that makes large datasets realistic. Why Kenya.

Are there minimum orders or setup fees?

There are no setup fees on any plan and no minimum order on Pay as you go. Volume rates and dedicated teams have minimums that we agree with you up front.

What happens if the quality is not good enough?

Accuracy targets and acceptance criteria are written into your statement of work. If a batch falls short because of our annotation, we correct the affected items free of charge.

How do you keep my data safe?

We sign NDAs and data-processing agreements, limit access to the people on your project and use approved, monitored workspaces. See our security page.

Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

We invoice in US dollars or Kenyan shillings and accept bank transfer, card and M-Pesa. Kenyan VAT and other taxes are added where the law requires.
