Built on a simple idea: precision is a people skill.
Every AI model is a reflection of the data it learns from. A mislabeled pedestrian, a careless transcript or a vague sentiment tag doesn’t stay small. It gets multiplied across millions of predictions. We started InitLabel because AI teams deserve a data partner that treats every label as if the whole model depends on it, because it does.
We chose Nairobi on purpose. Kenya has one of Africa’s most energetic digital workforces: young, university-educated, fluent in English and Swahili, and eager for meaningful work in the global economy. We connect that talent with ambitious AI projects, with the structure, training and standards clients can rely on from day one.
