Can we test you before signing a contract?
Yes. Most clients start with pilot phase so that they can review real output against their guidelines. Tell us about your data and we will propose a pilot size and timeline.
How quickly can you start?
Small and medium projects can usually begin within days of agreeing the scope. Larger teams or specialised work may need extra training time, which we confirm in your quote.
Do you work in our annotation tool?
Yes. We work in CVAT, Label Studio, Labelbox, Encord, V7 and most in-house platforms. If you don’t have a tool yet, we can recommend and set one up.
How do you price projects?
Per label, per hour or per dedicated team member, depending on what fits the work. See the rate card for starting rates, or request a quote for an exact figure.
Who owns the labeled data?
You do. Work product delivered under your agreement belongs to you once paid, as set out in our Terms of Service and your SOW.
Can you handle sensitive or regulated data?
