Do I need detailed annotation guidelines before contacting you?

Not at all. Many clients start with a goal and some sample data. We help you define classes, edge cases and acceptance criteria, then turn them into guidelines.

Can we start with a small pilot?

Yes, and we recommend it. See plans.

How is pricing calculated?

By task complexity, volume, QA level and turnaround. You get indicative pricing during scoping and a formal quote once scope is confirmed. See our rate card.

How do you keep our data secure?
